Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

Initiation must occur within 7 days.
Once approved, securely package the item(s) to be returned and email a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt to our customer service at in**@me*****************.com
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
We will only be liable for the cost of return to our facility as long as the product(s) is defective or incorrect. In all other circumstances the customer will bear the cost of return to our facility.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Item(s) will only be considered ‘unsuitable’ if:

They are damaged (evidence must be provided).
Wrong item(s) are sent (evidence must be provided).

Please note that we will not accept refunds for product(s) that have been damaged during transit.

We are also not liable for product(s) that have been lost during transit.

Items sent back without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
