While this is rare, products may arrive to you faulty or damaged. All stock is thoroughly checked for any issues before we post, but we understand that during the shipping process defects may occur due to the fragile nature of our products.

In case of damage in transit, please inform us same day of receiving the parcel (delays in reporting the fault are not eligible for refunds). We will replace it with new piece if available or we will refund the money if you return the damaged piece back to us (we will bank transfer or PayPal the shipping cost to you). Refunds will be processed after receiving the damaged product and this has to be returned within 7 working days.

Please also note that these pieces are handmade, and no two pieces look exactly the same, if your piece doesn’t turn out to look identical to one shown online. Slight variations in colours, patterns and texture along with minor imperfections are expected.
